A1Vendor Sales Guarantee Policy

At A1Vendor, we are committed to supporting our valued vendors in their journey to successful online sales. Our Vendor Sales Guarantee is designed to provide vendors with assurance and financial relief under certain circumstances. Please carefully read and understand the following policy:

A1Vendor Sales Guarantee:

Eligibility Criteria:

To be eligible for the A1Vendor Sales Guarantee, vendors must meet the following criteria:

1. The vendor's store on A1Vendor must contain a minimum of 10 products available for sale continuously for the last 30 days.
2. The vendor must not have made any sales during the specified 30-day period.

Request Process:

If a vendor meets the eligibility criteria, they can request the A1Vendor Sales Guarantee by following these steps:

1. Contact our customer support team by sending an email to support@a1vendor.com, informing us of the situation. Please provide your vendor account details and the specific 30-day period in question.
2. Our support team will review the request and verify the eligibility based on the provided information.

Waiver Process:

Upon successful verification of the request, A1Vendor will waive the vendor's next month's subscription fee. The waiver will be applied in the subsequent billing cycle after approval.

Additional Terms and Conditions:

1. The A1Vendor Sales Guarantee is a benefit that can be utilized by any vendor for a maximum of 3 times per year.
2. Vendors are required to meet the eligibility criteria and request the waiver within a reasonable timeframe following the end of the 30-day period in which no sales were made.
3. A1Vendor reserves the right to modify or terminate this policy at its discretion. Any changes will be communicated to vendors in advance.
4. The A1Vendor Sales Guarantee is applicable to the vendor's subscription fee only and does not cover any other fees or charges associated with the vendor's account.
5. Any fraudulent or misleading attempts to claim the A1Vendor Sales Guarantee will result in the forfeiture of the vendor's eligibility.

This Vendor Sales Guarantee Policy is subject to change, and vendors are encouraged to review it periodically for any updates. A1Vendor remains committed to providing a supportive environment for vendors and assisting them in achieving success in their online sales endeavors.
